TANGER MED 2 PHASES 2 AND 3: THE SETRAT GROUP WILL AGAIN BE THE MAIN PLAYER IN THE PORT DEVELOPMENT OF THIS EXTENSION OF APM TERMINAL

APM 2 PROJECT INFO - TANGER MED 2 PHASES 2 AND 3

APM Terminals MedPort Tangier has just announced the launch of the 3rd phase of its expansion project which will ultimately bring its capacity to 5 million TEU (standard) containers. This work will be carried out in the part conceded to APM over an area of approximately 18 HA for phase 2, corresponding to an additional quay length of 400 ml. Phase 3 extends over 17.5 HA on an additional length of quay of 400 ml, which will bring the total length developed and operated by APM to 2000 ml. This achievement will be added to the development already carried out in 2017/2018 by the SETRAT Group and willemen Groep in the same port over a length of 1200 ml and an area of 75 HA.
